> Hired Copilot is an AI job-search assistant that tailors your résumé and cover letter to a specific job using only experience you can back up in the interview (it never invents anything you didn't do), tracks every application with automatic ghosting detection, and generates interview questions from the real job description so you can practice before the interview.

Hired Copilot is for job seekers who are tired of sending applications into the void. You paste a job (a URL or the full description), and it reorders and rephrases the experience already in your résumé to match what the posting asks for. An anti-hallucination guard diff-checks every tailored output against your source résumé and flags any claim it cannot trace back, so what you submit stays truthful. It works with LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, Greenhouse, and effectively any posting because you can always paste the description directly.

Beyond tailoring, it keeps a tracker for every application (with a status timeline and automatic detection when a posting goes silent), generates likely interview questions from the actual job description, and scores your practice answers on clarity, specificity, and STAR-method coverage.

Privacy: Hired Copilot does not train AI on your résumés and does not sell data to recruiters. You can export all of your data or permanently delete your account at any time. Third-party subprocessors are disclosed in the privacy policy.
