Refund Policy

HiredCopilot sells software subscriptions and usage-based AI credits for AI-assisted job application management and employer applicant review.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing or account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, unused plan limits, or subscription renewals that were not cancelled before the renewal date.

AI credits and usage-based features

AI credits, metered AI usage, resume tailoring, resume parsing, AI resume reviews, AI interview credits, and similar usage-based features are non-refundable once used or consumed.

When refunds may be considered

We may consider a refund if:

  • you were charged twice by mistake;
  • there was a verified billing error;
  • you purchased a paid plan but could not access the paid software features because of a technical issue caused by HiredCopilot, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time;
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

No guarantee of outcomes

HiredCopilot does not guarantee job offers, interviews, hiring outcomes, candidate quality, employer responses, or any specific employment result. Refunds are not provided because a user did not receive a job offer, interview, hire, candidate, applicant response, or desired hiring result.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at privacy@hiredcopilot.com with:

  • the email address used for your account;
  • the payment date;
  • the reason for the refund request;
  • any relevant billing information.

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
