Getting started

   Upload your résumé

   Go to Résumés and upload a PDF or DOCX. We parse it into structured sections so we can reorder and rephrase it later. Your original is always kept.

2. 02

   Add a job

   On Jobs, paste a job URL or the full description. We extract the title, requirements, and the keywords an ATS scans for. If a site blocks automated fetching, paste the description text directly.

3. 03

   Tailor a résumé

   From a job, pick a parsed résumé and tailor it. We reorder and rephrase your real experience to match the posting, never invent it, and show a coverage score plus any claims to double-check.

4. 04

   Track applications

   Add a job to the tracker to log its status over time. We flag applications that go silent so you know when to follow up or move on.

   Practice the interview

   Generate likely questions from the actual job description, write answers, and get scored feedback on clarity, specificity, and STAR-method coverage.

   Export or delete your data

   In Settings, you can export everything we hold about you, or permanently delete your account at any time. We never train AI on your résumés or sell data to recruiters.

   Manage billing

   The free plan needs no card. On a paid plan, open Settings then Billing to manage or cancel your subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the period you already paid for.

What is Hired Copilot?

Hired Copilot is an AI job-search assistant that tailors your résumé and cover letter to a specific job, tracks every application with automatic ghosting detection, and generates interview questions from the real job description. It reorders and rephrases your real experience instead of inventing anything.

Does Hired Copilot make up experience I don't have?

No. It only reorders and rephrases the experience already in your résumé to match a job's keywords. An anti-hallucination guard diff-checks every tailored output against your source résumé and flags any claim it cannot trace back, so what you send stays truthful.

Which job sites does it work with?

You can paste a job URL or the full description. It works with LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, Greenhouse, and effectively any posting, because you can always paste the description text directly when a site blocks automated fetching.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes 3 résumé tailorings per month and 5 open application slots, with no credit card required. The Pro plan is $15 per month or $144 per year and adds unlimited tailoring, unlimited tracking, AI-graded interview feedback, and our most capable AI model.

Is my résumé data private?

Yes. Hired Copilot does not train AI on your résumés and does not sell data to recruiters. You can export all of your data or permanently delete your account at any time, and every third-party subprocessor we use is disclosed in the privacy policy.

How does the interview prep work?

Hired Copilot generates likely interview questions from the actual job description, lets you practice your answers, and returns scored feedback on clarity, specificity, and STAR-method coverage, so you can rehearse the real conversation before it happens.
