- Which job sites does it work with?
- You can paste a job URL or the full description. It works with LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, Greenhouse, and effectively any posting, because you can always paste the description text directly when a site blocks automated fetching.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The free plan includes 3 résumé tailorings per month and 5 open application slots, with no credit card required. The Pro plan is $15 per month or $144 per year and adds unlimited tailoring, unlimited tracking, AI-graded interview feedback, and our most capable AI model.
- Is my résumé data private?
- Yes. Hired Copilot does not train AI on your résumés and does not sell data to recruiters. You can export all of your data or permanently delete your account at any time, and every third-party subprocessor we use is disclosed in the privacy policy.
